2. CO2 Emission
We use a "drag-net" to collect the fallen oysters and garbages from the Ocean Bed to make sure that the influence of human activiteis, including but limited to the ones by our own activities, are minumium. It is important for us to keep the environment back to how it was, to be able to benefit from the power of ocean for the next year.
We not only clean the ocean bed, but we also rest the environment for a period of time to enhance the resilience of the ocean. It helps it to be rich and healthful again for the next season.

Flow Diagrams to stabilize the quality and the safety of our seafood, we have built a section to use "circulating sea-water" instead of a "tap-water".
We analyse and determine carefully which sections in the flow-diagram we can use the circulating sea-water instead of the tap-watier, BCP riskless, so as to minimize the use of tap-water to minimize the CO2 emission.
